While Fast Reels will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity and security, we cannot foresee or prevent all legal, technical, and other risks at all times. These include, but are not limited to, force majeure events, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, service interruptions, data loss, and other damages potentially caused by third-party service deficiencies, government actions, etc.
Clause 6. Device Requirements for Access
6.1 You understand and agree that you are responsible for procuring your own terminal equipment (e.g., computer, mobile device) and bearing associated costs (e.g., telephone charges, internet fees) required to use Fast Reels' services.
6.2 You acknowledge that your use of these services will consume resources on your terminal device and network bandwidth.
Clause 7. Advertising
7.1 You agree that Fast Reels may, either directly or through authorized third-party advertisers, deliver advertisements ("ads") or promotional content (commercial and non-commercial) to you while providing services. Fast Reels reserves the right to modify the delivery channels and scope of such advertisements at its discretion without prior notice.
7.2 Fast Reels fulfills its legal obligations to advertisers. You are solely responsible for judging the authenticity of any advertisement and for the consequences of your decisions based thereon. Clause 8. Subscription to Products and Services
8.1 You acknowledge that Fast Reels has the right to offer services free of charge or require payment. Fees collected are for Internet Value Added Services. Funds added to your Fast Reels account are solely for services under these Terms. Consumed funds are non-refundable. If a user applies for and is approved for a refund of unconsumed funds, the refund will be issued in legal tender via the original payment method, subject to a 10% refund processing fee. If a refund via the original method is not feasible, you may contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
8.2 You acknowledge that Fast Reels may modify its fee schedules and rules at its discretion. Updated standards and rules become effective upon publication and form an integral part of these Terms. Fast Reels may change pricing for existing services or introduce charges for previously free services. Notice will be provided before such changes take effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8.3 Certain Fast Reels services are provided on a paid basis. Use of these services requires adherence to their specific terms. Fast Reels will provide notice on relevant pages; refusal to pay precludes access to those services.
8.4 Fast Reels reserves the right to determine pricing standards and methods for its services, which may differ across services and service stages.
8.5 Fast Reels may, as necessary, adjust pricing for fee-based services or introduce charges for free services. Notice will be provided prior to changes. Disagreement with new terms permits you to cease using the services.
8.6 Fast Reels provides a subscription-based viewing service with a one-month term from the date of payment for pay-per-view content. Fast Reels guarantees access only within this period and is not liable for access issues after its expiration.
8.7 Top-up and Virtual Currency
8.7.1 Our products are purchased using virtual coins, with applicable coin types varying by product. You must use the correct virtual currency for each purchase.
8.7.2 You acknowledge that trading virtual coins with other users on Fast Reels is prohibited. Any such activity violates these Terms, and Fast Reels reserves the right to take action, without notice, to prevent it.
8.7.3 You agree that all top-up transactions are final and may not be altered once completed.
8.7.4 When adding funds, you must double-check the account and transaction details. Fast Reels is not liable for losses due to user error, incorrect account selection, or misunderstanding of charging policies.
8.7.5 If using third-party payment services, you comply with their terms. You are responsible for securing your personal and financial information. Fast Reels is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party payment services.
8.7.6 If your account is frozen or terminated due to a Terms violation, you may not seek compensation from Fast Reels.
8.7.7 In case of a platform failure causing a discrepancy between the amount you paid and the amount we received, we will rectify the issue provided relevant data is recoverable and you supply valid evidence.
8.7.8 If we receive less than the amount you paid due to a platform failure, we will compensate the difference.
8.7.9 If we receive more than the amount you paid due to a platform failure, we reserve the right to reclaim the excess.
8.7.10 You acknowledge that subscriptions to any content on Fast Reels are final and non-modifiable. Unless expressly approved by Fast Reels, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy applies even in cases of service suspension, termination, or removal of the purchased content from the platform.
Clause 9. Third-Party Products or Services
Your use of third-party products or services accessible via Fast Reels is governed by both these Terms and the third party's own terms. Fast Reels and third parties are each solely responsible for their respective obligations and any disputes arising therefrom, as per applicable laws and agreements.

10.1 Using our services may require downloading software. Fast Reels grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software solely for accessing or using our services.

- Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security, unity, social stability, public order, morals, or that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise illegal;
- Content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights;
- Maliciously fabricating facts or concealing truth to mislead or deceive;
- Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating advertising information and spam;
- Other acts prohibited by law.
12.2 Violations may lead to lawsuits, fines, or other sanctions by authorities, who may request Fast Reels' assistance. You are liable for all resulting damages; Fast Reels bears no liability.
12.3 If Fast Reels discovers or receives reports that your content violates this clause, it may, at its discretion, delete, block, or disconnect such content. Fast Reels may also suspend/terminate services, restrict/freeze/terminate your account, and pursue legal action.
12.4 You are solely liable for damages to third parties caused by your violation and must compensate Fast Reels for any losses it suffers as a result.
12.5 Violation is a material breach. Fast Reels may suspend/terminate your services, withhold fees as liquidated damages, and seek further legal recourse if losses exceed withheld amounts.
Clause 13. Compliance with Local Laws
13.1 You must comply with local laws, regulations, and respect local customs when using our services. You bear sole responsibility for any breach.
13.2 You must not involve Fast Reels in political or public events via our services; otherwise, Fast Reels may suspend or terminate your access.
13.3 Violation is a material breach. Fast Reels may suspend/terminate your services, withhold fees as liquidated damages, and seek further legal recourse.
Clause 14. Third-Party Complaints
14.1 You are solely responsible for all content you send or transmit via our services.
14.2 Your content must have a legal origin, and you must own it or have authorization from the rights holder.
14.3 You agree Fast Reels may use your content to perform these Terms or provide services to you.
14.4 If Fast Reels receives a notice from a rights holder claiming your content infringes their rights, Fast Reels may, at its discretion, delete, block, or disconnect the content.
Clause 15. Force Majeure and Other Disclaimers

- Computer viruses, Trojan horses, malicious programs, or hacker attacks;
- Failures in your or Fast Reels' software, systems, hardware, or communication lines;

- Your unauthorized use of services;
- Other circumstances beyond Fast Reels' reasonable control.
15.3 You acknowledge risks from network information or other users' actions. Fast Reels is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor for infringement damages. Risks include:
- Threatening, defamatory, objectionable, or illegal content from others;
- Psychological, physical, or economic harm from misleading or deceitful actions of others related to service use;
- Other risks from network information or user behavior.
15.4 Our services are not designed for specific critical purposes (e.g., nuclear facilities, military, medical, transport). Fast Reels is not liable for personal injury, death, property, or environmental damage from system/service failure in such contexts.
15.5 Fast Reels has the right, but not the obligation, to address violating content per these Terms. We cannot guarantee timely detection or handling of all violations.
15.6 Never rely on unsolicited messages involving loans, password requests, or assets. Always verify identities and heed Fast Reels' fraud prevention advice.
